When the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that pursuant to the direction issued in the main writ petition, the Legal Heirship Certificate of the deceased father-Kothandapani has been issued to the petitioner on 07.10.2025. The copy of the same was also handed over to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
