The matter is placed before this court on the letter received from the court below seeking extension of time granted in this Criminal Original Petition for disposal of S.C.No.116 of 2022 on the file of Principal Special POCSO Court, Chennai, which was transferred to Sessions Judge (Additional Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act), Chennai and renumbered as Spl.S.C.No.10 of 2022.

2. The Trial Judge had sought for extension of one month. Considering the reasons adduced for the delay in disposal of the case, this court feels it appropriate to extend the time by one month and accordingly, it is extended by one month from the date of receipt of communication from the Registry.
