Judge, Court of Small Causes at Chennai (Rent Controller Appellate Authority) dismissing R.C.A. No. 101 of 2015 and partly modifying the fair and decreetal order dated 23.12.2014 in R.C.O.P. No. 747 of 2013 by the Learned XII Judge, Court of Small Causes at Chennai (Rent Controller), by fixing the fair rent at Rs.19,145/- per month.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
