O R D E R

[Order of the court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.] The Petitioner, who is the father of the detenue, has come up with this Petition seeking production of the detenue. 2.

Today, the Petitioner, the minor detenue, the minor boy and the mother of the minor boy, are all present before this Court. It has been resolved among them that, neither the minor boy nor his family would involve with the Petitioner or the detenue, in future, in any manner. 3.

We are dealing with two minors, both aged 16 years. The mother of the minor boy, so also the learned counsel appearing on their behalf, have informed us that, neither the minor boy nor his family will interfere with the life of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the detenue and her family and that, they will proceed further in their respective lives, separately. 4.

We have recorded the above statement. Since the detenue has unequivocally expressed her desire to be with the Petitioner, who is her father, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
