The Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned order No. Mu. Mu. C1/8566/2017 dated 10.12.2017 issued by the Respondent and to consequently direct the Respondent to issue Legal Heirship Certificate to the Petitioner. 2.

Learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondent, on instructions, states that Legal Heirship Certificate No. TN7201911071547 dated 09.11.2019 has been issued to the Petitioner and a copy of the same has been produced. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner acknowledges its receipt. Nothing remains for further consideration in the matter.

Recording the aforesaid subsequent events, the Writ Petition is disposed. No costs.
