This application has been filed by the plaintiff for effecting paper publication on the defendants.

2.It is seen from records that the notice that was attempted to be served on the defendants both through Court and privately were returned. The reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the application is satisfactory and accordingly this application is allowed.

The paper publication shall be effected in the Times of India Newspaper, Chennai edition, on or before 25.01.2022 and notice shall be returnable by 08.02.2022.
