2. Ms. Reshmi Christy, learned counsel entered appearance for the sole respondent.

3. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the condone delay petition.

Accordingly, the delay is condoned.

The Registry is directed to number the appeal if other wise in order. The Registry is also directed to print the name of the learned counsel at the time of admission.
