JUDGMENT

Mr.S.Kaithamalai Kumaran, learned counsel who initially appeared for the appellants 1 and 3 has filed a memo, stating that he has no 1/4

instructions regarding the settlement reached between the parties and he prays for withdrawal of his vakalat. The said memo is taken on file and recorded. The appearance of Mr.S.Kaithamalai Kumaran for the appellants 1 and 3 is withdrawn.

2.On 25.09.2025, all the parties to the appeal suit appeared through video conference and confirmed that they have executed a compromise in writing on 04.09.2025, in and by which, they have agreed to sell the property to a third party and divide the net sale consideration equally amongst themselves.

3.In view of the settlement reached between the parties, the Appeal Suit is disposed of, in terms of the said compromise dated 04.09.2025 and the same shall form part and parcel of the decree.
