[Order of this Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J] Petitioner is the wife of the detenu, Ramu @ Ramachandran S/o.Govindasamy, Hindu, aged 25 years, who has been branded as 'Goonda' under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and detained under orders of second respondent passed in Memo No.413/BCDFGISSSV/2019 dated 16.07.2019. Such order is under challenge herein.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the detention order passed against the husband of the petitioner in Memo No.413/BCDFGISSSV/2019 dated 16.07.2019 on the file of the second respondent is revoked vide G.O.Rt.No.3593, Home, Prohibition and Excise (X) Department, dated 23.09.2019 and produced a copy of the said order.
3. In view of the above, this petition is closed as it has become infructuous.
