This petition has been filed seeking to call for the records in PRC.No.4 of 2017, pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Namakkal and quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the case has already been committed to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Namakkal, and the same is pending trial in S.C.No.108 of 2017 and already, PW.1 to PW.3 have been examined.

3. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the proceedings at this stage and this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Namakkal, to complete the proceedings https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
