2.The 2nd respondent who is the contesting respondent has no objection to the petition being allowed. He would state that the 2nd respondent has transferred its business to ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited.

Hence, this petition is allowed. The petitioners shall take steps to amend the name of the 2nd respondent before numbering the appeal.
