This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court by order dated 16.8.2203 in Crl.OP.No.16024 of 2023, wherein the petitioner was directed to report before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 am. 2.This Court had directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 am., until the supplementary charge sheet is filed. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions submitted that the further investigation is almost complete and that the supplementary charge sheet will be filed within a period of four weeks. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) further submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court from 19.8.2023.

3.In view of the above, the earlier condition imposed by this Court is relaxed and there shall be a direction to the petitioner to report before the respondent Police twice a week on Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m, till the supplementary charge sheet is filed. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
