This petition is filed for quashing the proceedings in C.C.No.245/2010 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thiruvallore.

2.Today, the petitioners, the third respondent and their respective counsel are present and identification of the parties have been verified by this Court. They filed a joint memo of compromise stating that the matter has been compromised and hence the third respondent has no objection to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.245/2010 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thiruvallore.

3.Recording the joint memo of compromise filed by the petitioners as well as the third respondent, the Criminal Original Petition stands allowed and the proceedings in C.C.No.245/2010 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thiruvallore, is hereby quashed.
