Respondents Prayer:-Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner for the Post Graduate Assistant (English) under category of MBC/DNC WSGT in reservation 10% Secondary Grade Teacher. 1/4

Sathish, Government Advocate for R1 O RDER The petitioner has been provisionally selected for the post of P.G. Assistant (English) under the category of MBC / DNC W SGT on 16.09.2022. However, the petitioner's grievance is that till date, he has not been called for counselling. The petitioner has given a representation on 15.10.2022 to the 2nd respondent for the said purpose. Since the representation has not been considered, till date, she has filed this writ petition.

2. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation is considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

3. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to pass final orders on the petitioner's representation dated 15.10.2022 seeking for being considered for the post of P.G. Assistant (English) under the category of MBC / DNC W SGT, pursuant to the provisional selection list published on 2/4

13.10.2022, where her name finds a place, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
