The petitioners have filed the above Contempt Petition to punish the respondents for the willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 22.12.2014 made in W.P.No.21693 of 2013.

2.When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.M.Elumalai, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.21693 of 2013 dated 22.12.2014 has already been set aside by the Division Bench in a batch of Writ Appeals in W.A.Nos.1364 to 1369 of 2017 dated 05.02.2018.

3.Since the order passed in the Writ Petition has already been set aside by the Division Bench, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
