ORDER

The transfer petition is filed to withdraw the case in S.M.O.P.No.162 of 2022 on the file of the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge at Tiruvallur and transfer the same to the learned Principal Family Court, Chennai.

2. The marriage between the petitioner and the respondent was solemnized on 17.04.2009 as per the Hindu Rites and Customs.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent made a submission that the respondent has no serious objections to transfer the case from District Court, Tiruvallur to Principal Family Court, Chennai.

4. In view of the said submissions, S.M.O.P.No.162 of 2022, pending on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge at Tiruvallur stands transferred to the learned Principal Family Court, Chennai.

5. Accordingly, the transfer petition is allowed. There will be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 23.12.2022 Index : Yes / No Speaking order / Non-speaking order drm
