The Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.03.2022 which was duly acknowledged by them on 13.03.2022. 2.The facts of the case are as follows:

The petitioner is the absolute owner of the agricultural land measuring an extent of 3 1⁄2 acres. He has been availing free power supply for his agricultural lands under his Service Connection No. 17. Due to inadequate power supply, water could not reach his land. Therefore, the petitioner made a representation to the first respondent and in turn the first respondent directed the second respondent to rectify the same. Though the second respondent replaced the defective wires, till date, the petitioner could not get the required water due to low voltage. Therefore, he made a representation dated 10.03.2022 to the respondents seeking the above said remedy.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if this Court issues a direction to the respondents to consider the 2/5

petitioner's representation and pass appropriate orders within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

4. On the other hand, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submitted that the respondents will consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders on merits within the time frame to be fixed by this court.

5. Heard, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having heard the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.03.2022 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
