This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioner by an order dated 26.05.2023 made in Crl.OP.No.11473 of 2023 that "the Petitioner shall report before the All Women Police Station, Adyar, everyday at 10.30 am, and 06.00 pm, for a period of eight (8) weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation"

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly and charge sheet was filed in this matter and the same was taken on file by the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Salem as PRC.No.136 of 2023.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the Petitioner is totally relaxed. However, on summons the Petitioner has to appear before the Court, concerned.
