pertaining to the Assessment years 2008-09, 2011-12, 2010-11, 2009-10, 2012-13, 2013-14, 2014-15 and 2015-16 respectively and quash the same, in so far as the same been issued without jurisdiction, against the provisions of law and in total violation to the principles of natural justice and against the fundamental rights guaranteed to the petitioner under the Constitution of India. For Petitioner : Mr.R.Yuvaraj for Mr.S.Baskaran in all WPs For Respondent : Mr.M.Venkateswaran Special Government Pleader in all WPs COMMON ORDER (Order of the Court was made by R. MAHADEVAN, J.) Based on the letter dated 24.01.2024 given to the Registry by the learned counsel for the petitioner, these writ petitions have been listed today under the caption "for withdrawal".

When these matters were taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw these writ petitions. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.

In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, these writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
