Respondents Prayer:-Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to transfer the petitioner's complaint dated 18.11.2015 on the file of the Sub Inspector of Police, Chevur Police Station, Chevur, Avinashi Taluk, Tirppur District to the respondents 4 and 5 for reinvestigation by registering FIR against the named said persons. ORDER
The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to transfer the petitioner's complaint dated 18.11.2015 on the file of the Sub Inspector of Police, Chevur Police Station, Chevur, Avinashi Taluk, Tirppur District to the respondents 4 and 5 for reinvestigation by registering FIR against the named said persons. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.
3.On perusal of the typed set of papers, it is seen that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, no case has been registered and so, there is no question of transferring the petitioner' complaint for reinvestigation. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
