ORDER

This Miscellaneous Petition is filed to implead the petitioner as the 6th respondent in the Writ Petition No.20218 of 2025.

2. It is the contention of the petitioner that the petitioner is also a legal heir.

3.The learned counsel for the respondents has an objection to the impleading petition and seeks time to file counter. 4.It is made clear that merely because the impleading petition is ordered, the averments made by the impleading petitioner will not be taken as proof and it will be open for the petitioner to file any other information relating to impleading petitioner along with the rejoinder. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
