3. Mr.J.Ravindran, learned Additional Advocate General has no objection in permitting the writ petitioners to implead the President of Masinagudi Panchayat as a party respondent in the writ petitions.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and the reasons set out in the affidavit filed in support of the respective miscellaneous petitions, these miscellaneous petitions are ordered. The petitioner in the respective writ petitions is permitted to implead the President, Masinagudi Panchayat as 5th respondent in the respective writ petitions.
