This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.19337 of 2024, dated 16.08.2024.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and he has no previous cases and investigation is almost completed.
