This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 am., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.19234 of 2024 order dated 22.08.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made on both sides and considering the nature of offence involved in this case and the petitioner is complying with the conditions without fail and the fact that investigation is almost complete and taking into consideration the other aspects, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed as against the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first day of English Calendar month for a period of three months. Accordingly, ordered.
