This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the 1st and 2nd respondents to transfer the investigation from the 3rd respondent to any other police station or police officer to conduct the proper investigation about the petitioner's complaint and representation dated 02.07.2017 and consequently, include the real culprits namely Michale @ Arun s/o.Rajeswari, Komala W/o.Rajeshkumar and to conduct the effective investigation in accordance with law.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the respondent police have completed the investigation and filed a closure report before the Judicial Magistrate, Sankarapuram.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
