This petition has been filed directing the respondents 1 to 4 to give police protection to the petitioner's schedule property cold storage, the petitioner's customers' vehicles and the petitioner's staffs.

2. When the case was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this writ petition. He also made an endorsement in the case bundle to that effect.
