This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 274 days in filing the revision against the order and decretal order dated 19.07.2023 passed in E.A.No.278 of 2017 in E.P.No.58 of 2012 in O.S.No.354 of 2005 on the file of learned Additional Sub Judge, Puducherry.

2. Heard both sides. The learned counsel for the respondent has no objection in allowing this application.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay is condoned and this petition is accordingly, ordered.
