The petitioners/A1 to A3 who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Sections 294b of I.P.C and Section 4 of TNPHW Act 2002, in Crime No.512 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 27.05.2023, the de-facto complainant along with her friend walking toward their home at the time the 1st petitioner came in a two wheeler and made abuse and making nuisance with de-facto complainant. Later, on the same day, the 2nd and 3rd petitioners have abused and threaten her dire consequences. Hence the case. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prayed for grant of bail to the petitioners. 4.The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that there was a wordy quarrel between them and making nuisance with the de-facto complainant and the 2nd and 3rd petitioners have abused and threaten her with dire consequences. Crl.O.P.No.22115 of 2023 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., nvi 5.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) and perused the materials available on record.

6.Taking into the facts and circumstance of the case and considering the nature and gravity of the offence committed by the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
