This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.11685 of 2023 dated 18.05.2023 to report before the respondent police every Saturday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.11685 of 2023 dated 18.05.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police monthly once i.e., on 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
