The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking a direction to the respondents to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 02.08.2011. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that when the petitioner had undertaken the stock verification at his godown, he found that some spare parts pertaining to irrigation system were missing. Hence, he has given a complaint to the respondents on 02.08.2011. But the respondents have not taken any steps to investigate the matter and register a case. 3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that on receipt of the petitioner's complaint, C.S.R.No.118 of 2011 has been assigned. After due enquiry, the said complaint was closed in the year 2011 itself. 4.Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
