ORDER

These applications have been filed i) to condone the delay of 280 days in filing this application in S.A.No.1045 of 2010 insofar as the respondent (deceased) Mohammed Imrankhan is concerned; ii) to set aside the abatement caused in the above second appeal due to the death of respondent (Deceased) Mohammed Imrankhan; iii) and to bring on record the proposed respondents herein as Lrs of the deceased respondent Viz., Mohammed Imrankhan as respondents 15 to 18 in the above second appeal.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these applications, the same are allowed.

4. The proposed parties have also entered appearance through learned counsel and have no objection for being impleaded as legal representatives of the deceased respondent.

5. The appellant is directed to carry out the necessary amendment.

6. Post the matter on 02.02.2026.
