O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 24.10.2015.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a complaint to the respondents on 24.10.2015. But the respondents have not taken any steps to investigate the matter and register a case. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed on 24.10.2015. He would further submit that the closure report has also been furnished.

4.Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. It is left open to the petitioner to approach appropriate forum for work out his remedy.
