The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 468 and 471 of IPC in Crime No.491 of 2013, seeks anticipatory bail.

Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
