O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to harass the petitioner in connection with Crime No.22/2012 on the file of District Crime Branch, Kanchipuram and in TR.No.01/2013 on the file of EOW - Kanchipuram.

2. When the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on completion of investigation in respect of Crime No.1/2013, the charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.351/2014 before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chengalpet. In the said C.C.No.351/2014, the brother-in-law of the petitioner one Jayasankar was an accused. Since he did not appear before the court, non-bailable warrant has been issued. The said Jayasankar is taking shelter under https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner. The respondent police are trying to execute the warrant as against Jayasankar and absolutely, there is no intention for the respondent police to harass the petitioner.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is of the opinion that there is no need to give any direction. Therefore, recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the criminal original petition is closed.
