The sub application is filed to accept the cause title set out in the contempt petition in unnumbered DR.No.104853 of 2022.

2. The main contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner herein based on the order passed by the Assistant Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department, Krishnagiri, 2nd respondent herein dated 01.03.2022.

3. When the above sub application came up for hearing, Mr.K.Karthikeyan, learned Government Advocate (HR and CE) appearing for the respondents 1 to 4, on written instructions, submits that the 2nd respondent has withdrawn the order passed by him on 01.03.2022.

4. In view of the fact that the 2nd respondent has already withdrawn the order, which is subject matter of the main contempt petition, no further orders are necessary. Accordingly, the sub application as well as main contempt petition are closed.

5. The learned Government Advocate (HR and CE) appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 also informed the Court that there is no post of Deputy Commissioner as described in the cause title of the main writ petition. In these circumstances, it is for the 1st respondent to pass appropriate orders as per the earlier directions issued by this Court in W.P.No.3180 of 2022 dated 21.02.2022. 11.08.2023 dm https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
