ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to call for the entire records in C.C.No.39 of 2017, on the file of the Sub Court, Ranipet, Vellore District, pending trial and quash the same.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the trial has already commenced and PW.1 to PW.3 have already been examined and there are only few more witnesses to examine in this case.

3. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the proceedings at this stage.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is dismissed and the Assistant Sessions Court, Ranipet is directed to dispose of C.C.No.39 of 2017, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
