ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by J.Nisha Banu,J.) This Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records of the respondent in its online rejection no.nil dated 09.03.2023 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to issue community certificate to the petitioner's daughter Minor N.K.Venbaa to the effect that she belongs to Hindu Kattunaicken Community (ST).
2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that Schedule Tribe community certificate has been issued to the petitioner's daughter.
3. Considering the fact that the petitioner's daughter has been issued with the Schedule Tribe community certificate, the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
