The present petition has been filed seeking modification in the Crime Number shown in the order dated 25.10.2021 passed in Crl.OP.No.19453 of 2021.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in the affidavit the petitioner has inadvertently mentioned Crime number as 333 of 2020 instead of 333 of2021 in the Cause title. Therefore, he prays that this Court may amend the order modifying the Crime Number as 333/2021 and issue fresh order copy.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has no serious objection for amending this said order.

4. In view of the above, Registry is directed to modify the Crime Number in Cause title as well as in Para 1 of the order dated 25.10.2021 passed in Crl.OP.No.19453 of 2021 and issue fresh order copy to the parties .
