JUDGMENT
(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.T.R.Rajagoplan, learned Senior Counsel, for the appellants on the last date. We had asked the learned Senior Counsel to take instructions whether any lapses were observed on the part of the present respondent/original writ petitioner, after the filing of the writ petition.
2. Upon instructions, it is submitted that the appellants have not observed any lapses on the part of the respondent/original writ petitioner.
3. Under the impugned judgment, learned Single Judge has observed that the impugned show-cause notice dated 08.10.2009 has become inoperative due to the subsequent development.
4. It is also observed that after the show-cause notice impugned in the writ petition was issued, the appellants and the
respondent/original writ petitioner have entered into a fresh lease agreement and even after entering into a fresh lease agreement, no deficiencies on the part of the original writ petitioner was observed by the appellants.
