O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and issue no objection certificate to the petitioner's beauty parlour "NILA BEAUTY PARLOUR and SPA" i.e., cross massage centre situated at No.102A, First Floor, Gandhi Nagar, Katpadi Main Road, Katpadi Taluk, Vellore District, Tamil Nadu - 632 006, based on the petitioner's representation dated 24.08.2023.

2. Heard Mr.T.Saravanan, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a 2/4

direction to the respondents to deal with the representation made by the petitioner dated 24.08.2023 on its own merits and in accordance with law and in line with the relevant Government Order/circulars and a decision shall be taken within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
