This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register a case based on the complaint dated 09.04.2016, given by the petitioner and to file a final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on a complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and closed by the respondent-police. A copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
