I must appreciate the stand taken by Mr.T.Mohan, learned counsel who represents the counsel for the petitioner who produced before this Court an order dated 26.10.2022, wherein, with respect to the disputes arising between the petitioner and the respondents herein, with respect to which dispute an interim injunction has been sought in the Original Application, an Arbitrator has been appointed in Arb.O.P.(Comm.Div).No.567/2022.

2. It would only be therefore appropriate that the issues raised in the present Original Application, are raised before the learned Arbitrator and I am confident that if so raised, the learned Arbitrator would apply his mind and pass appropriate orders.

3. Though notice had not been directed, on behalf of the 1st respondent, the presence of Mr.A.R.M.Arunachalam, learned counsel for the 1st respondent is noted.
