The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to take necessary action against one Karunamoorthy and Santhosh and direct the fourth respondent to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 06.04.2016 to the respondents 1 to 3 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2.When the matter came up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

3.At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that on receipt of the complaint lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and the same was closed on 22.04.2016. 4.Recording the submission so made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
