ORDER

By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner herein is a senior citizen and she has filed a complaint before the 1st respondent under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act 2007.

3.Mr.A.Ananthan, the learned Government Advocate has taken notice for the respondents 1 to 3 and makes a statement that the complaint is now before the 2nd respondent / R.D.O.

4.The 2nd respondent is now required to hold an enquiry after hearing all those who are likely to be affected by his decision and dispose of the complaint of the petitioner within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy 2/4

of this order.

5.This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly.
