ORDER
When the matter came up before this Court on 12.01.2026, there was no representation for the appellants. Hence, the names of the appellants were printed in the cause list today, but none appeared for them.
2. It is seen that already, for the very same cause of action, the appellants/plaintiffs had filed a suit and withdrawn the same. Again, for the very same cause of action and for the same relief, they have come forward with the present suit. Considering this aspect, the Trial Court dismissed the suit, and the said dismissal was confirmed by the First Appellate Court. Challenging the concurrent findings, the present second appeal has been filed. As there is no substantial question of law is involved, no merits in the appeal.
3. In view of the above, the second appeal is dismissed. No costs. 23-01-2026 pvs Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Internet:Yes
