O R D E R
The writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to consider the representation dated 19.09.2022.
2. The case of the petitioner is that the land in S.No.20/1 measuring about 0.90 cents was assigned in favour of the petitioner's father vide 1/4
allotment dated 17.09.1982 by the Government. The petitioner's father executed a settlement deed in favour of the petitioner vide dated 15.09.2022. Thereafter, the petitioner came to know that the original owners from whom the lands were taken under the Urban Land Ceiling, created a fake encumbarance over the property. Hence, the petitioner made a representation dated 19.09.2022 sought for removal of the encumbarance, which was made by erstwhile land owners. But the respondent has not taken any action and the same is kept pending. Therefore, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition before this Court.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may issue a direction to the respondent to consider the representation dated 19.09.2022 within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
5. Though the petitioner has not taken any steps to implead the aggrieved persons in the writ petition and hence, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the respondent to consider the representation made by the 2/4
petitioner after issuing notice to the aggrived person, if any and pass appropriate orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above directions, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
