2. Despite giving opportunity on 04.11.2025, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents seeks further time to file counter affidavit in this matter.

3. As a last chance, post the matter on 02.12.2025 for filing counter, failing which, it is made clear that right to file counter affidavit by the respondents shall stand forfeited.
