The reason given was the personal inconvenience of the learned counsel. Though a counter has been filed challenging the application this Court taking note of the fact that the application has been moved immediately is inclined to allow the same. Accordingly, the application in A.No.9882 of 2019 is allowed and the Original Petition is restored to file. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the issue involved is the Jurisdiction of the Court to entertain the application.
