ORDER

The petition is filed to quash the criminal complaint investigated by the All Women Police Station, Thiruvannamalai in Cr.No.20 of 2022 on the ground that in the FIR, the petitioner's name is not mentioned, however he suspected as accused.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that on completion of investigation, the material collected indicates the involvement of the petitioner in the alleged crime and final report is ready to be filed, stating the status of the petitioner as an absconding accused. The draft final report also furnished for perusal.

3. In view of the above facts, the petition to quash the FIR is dismissed. On receipt of Section 207 Cr.P.C papers, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
