This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 37 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal against the order dated 08.04.2022 made in E.C.No.139 of 2020 on the file of the Commissioner for Employees Compensation (Joint Commissioner of Labour) Salem.

2.Notice has been served on the respondents 1 & 2 and their names have also been printed in the cause list.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the records.

4.Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 37 days is condoned.
